Strata Airforce M20 Fume Extractor - A Practical Alternative To PAPR Respiratory Protection.

The Strata M20 is supplied with w 4.5m Strata MIG welding torch (plugs into your extisting welder) with intergrated fume extraction at the nozzle and a 5m fume extraction hose (plugs into the extractor). Set the fume extrator up next to your MIG welder, plug bothlines in and you are ready to MIG weld fume free.

The Strata Airforce M20 provides the perfect solution for extracting fumes directly from the welding torch, intergrating seamlessly with your welding machine. The vacuum cleaner automatically starts when welding begins, ensuring synchronized operation, offering you complete and direct control. 

Dual by-pass motors, each capable of producing up to 190m3/h of airflow to extract the fumes away, these can each be managed by an independent switch, allowing the operator to control the intake performance.

Filtration is ensured by a durable polyester filtering cartridge, designed to provide a large filter surface in a compact space, allowing air to pass through even when the filter is dirty.

Equipped with the innovative JetClean filter cleaning system, the vacuum cleaner uses pressure differences inside and outside the unit to generate an air jet that effectively detaches dust from the filter's surface.

JetClean filter cleaning system provides a quick and efficient way to maintain filter cleanliness during operations, allowing continuous vacuuming without interruptions.

The M Class  certified filter stops particles as small as 1 micron, protecting both the motors and the operator.

The motors are housed in a robust casing with an insulating sponge to ensure low noise levels.
